Help with an existing order

Include your order number and a brief description of what you need help with. For tracking questions, include your tracking number if available. For changes to an order, email as soon as possible; changes depend on the order’s processing status.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect items

Any print that arrives damaged will be replaced free of charge, including replacement shipping. Email Noah at noah.schoenefeld@graniteprinting.com with your order number and photos of the damaged print so we can arrange your replacement. Please contact us before returning anything.

For missing or incorrect items, email Noah with your order number and the affected designs and quantities. Include a photo if you received the wrong print. See our refund policy for details.

Before you place an order

The minimum is 30 paid prints total, with teams and designs mixed however you choose and no per-design minimum. Please allow 3 business days for processing before shipment; carrier transit time is additional. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
